About

We do one thing, and we do it narrowly.

EdFoal builds AI agents for operational work — the repetitive, well-understood processes a business already runs the same way every day. We work with founders and operations leaders across the US, the UK, Europe and the UAE, mostly at companies growing faster than their back office can absorb.

How we work

Three positions we do not move on.

  1. The process comes before the model

We start by watching what your team actually does, step by step, with a stopwatch. If the process is unclear to the people running it, no model will fix that — and we will say so before anyone signs anything.

  2. Integrate, do not replace

Your CRM, your ledger, your inbox, your case system. Agents run inside the tools your team already knows. Nobody is asked to learn a second system to avoid work in the first one.

  3. Judgment stays with people

We automate gathering, matching, reconciling and routing. Approval, clinical review, the first conversation with a customer — those stay human. A system that decides on your behalf is a liability, not a saving.

Just as important

What we turn down.

  1. Automate a process you cannot explain

If two people on your team describe the workflow differently, the work is to settle that first. We will not encode the disagreement.

  2. Take the project when the answer is no

Some processes run a dozen times a month and take four minutes. The automation would cost more than the hours it saves. We will tell you that on the first call.

  3. Put a chatbot in front of a broken process

A conversational layer over a system that loses things just loses them more politely.

  4. Hold your systems hostage

You get the integrations, the prompts and the runbooks. If you want to take it in-house later, nothing stops you.

What happens next

How an engagement actually runs.

  1. Call

    30 minutes

You describe the process. We ask how often it runs, who touches it and where it goes wrong. You leave knowing whether we think it is worth automating.

  2. Map

    About a week

We sit with the people who do the work and write the process down step by step, with real timings. This is the part most projects skip and most failures trace back to.

  3. Build

    Two to six weeks

One workflow, running against your real systems, with the exception paths handled. Narrow and finished beats broad and nearly working.

  4. Hand over

    Ongoing or not

Runbooks, integrations and prompts are yours. We stay on if you want us to, and the system keeps running if you do not.

Start with the call. It costs you half an hour.
